Finding the right therapist can be a challenging and deeply personal process. As a psychotherapist, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood—and I believe that a trusting relationship is the foundation for any meaningful therapeutic work. My approach is client-centered, grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, supporting clients through a variety of life challenges including depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where each person feels supported in exploring their experiences, overcoming obstacles, and building a stronger sense of self.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing and growth happen within a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship—one where you feel empowered to share your story and move toward the change you seek.
