Hi, I’m Michelle and I’m so happy you’re here. I know how difficult it can be to take that first leap when searching for mental health support. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgment, somewhere you can show up exactly as you are.

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and received my Master’s in Social Work from New York University. I provide therapy for children, teens, families, and adults from all backgrounds. My approach is empathic, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship.

I use an eclectic and individualized approach to treatment, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and supportive therapy. I have experience working with individuals who are neurodiverse and those navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My hope is to support you in gaining insight, building resilience, and creating meaningful change at your own pace.
