I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma—often rooted in family dynamics, relationships, or work-related stress. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, highlight your existing strengths and coping strategies, and develop a personalized plan aimed at symptom relief and long-term well-being.
Becoming a clinician was my first calling. I’ve always felt a deep connection working with children, adults, and families. I have experience supporting children with ADHD, helping them—and their caregivers—better understand and manage attention, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges in ways that are both compassionate and effective. I’m trained in EMDR and Progressive Counting—evidence-based approaches for processing trauma—and I remain passionate about learning new therapeutic methods to better support my clients’ growth, healing, and independence.
My approach is centered around building a safe, collaborative, and trusting relationship. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, challenges, goals, and motivations, helping you move toward empowerment, resilience, and meaningful change.
